Those who get complements for their beautiful &Radiant Skin,tell me your secret?
I see some women who have beautiful skin.What do they do?I know that drinking lots of water,eating fruit and vegitables are the best for healthy skin,but I need something external,too.Please those who get complements for their skins,tell me you secret.
I use foundation with spf, protecting your skin from harsh UV/B rays is always good. Also, light, oil-free Makeup. I personally like using products from Origins for when I wash my face. I’ve been using the Modern Friction scrub for almost a year now and I love it. I also use the Clear Improvement mask once or twice a week, sometimes not on my whole face, but just on certain areas or blemishes. I try doing little things…I avoid touching my face throughout the day or re-applying foundation (which I substitute by blotting any excess oil from my face and brushing on a light powder). I shower immediately after working out. I try to get enough sleep. I make sure my hair is clean/or washed, especially when I find it’s a bit oily (my hair gets in my face a lot). When I don’t go out and I’m just lounging around, I don’t wear make-up, and I don’t wear make-up even when I go out sometimes if I can help it. I personally avoid using moisturizers and drink water which hydrates my skin naturally.
