Organic Skin Care Products

Why Aren’t You Using Organic Skin Care Products?
I’m shocked! Shocked at how many people will eat certified organic foods, yet when it comes to skin care will resort back to what’s familiar and continue to use brands that are streaming with chemicals and carcinogens!
Hear me out for a second. Just as the body takes in food, breaks it down and metabolizes it to provide your body with energy, so does the skin. Not to give you energy of course, but to promote growth of new cells, collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid which all contribute to a healthier, younger looking complexion.
Our skin absorbs what we put on it like a dry towel craving water. If we put synthetic chemicals on it that contain carcinogens, toxins, allergens and the like, they are rapidly absorbed into our bodies where they can begin to cause cell damage. Over time, this can lead to illness and other things we’d rather avoid. Not to mention we can easily spread these chemicals to those we come into physical contact with.
I read a study the other day that some men were getting cancer from the underarm deodorants they were using. I won’t name brands here, but I was completely taken aback by the reality that there are companies out there that will quickly put the almighty dollar over our health and wellbeing with something as simple as deodorant. The reality is that we MUST be conscious consumers when it comes to skin care because our health depends on it.
The truth be told, organic skin care products are the best all natural solution for fighting the effects of aging and skin dryness. Synthetic products simply can’t measure up. Do you remember the saying, “Don’t bring a knife to a gun fight”? Well, I don’t advocate violence ever, but this certainly applies here. We can’t use synthetic treatments to remedy a non-synthetic problem and expect good results. An all natural answer to the problem of aging is needed. Organic skin care products are our answer.
So, how do we avoid buying chemical-laden skin care products and protect ourselves? Just follow these simple tips:
Tip 1: Read the labels! If you can’t pronounce the ingredients, the chances are that they are chemicals that are probably not good for you. Avoid them. It sounds silly, I know. Yet it really does work. ”Polyethylene Glycol” or vitamin E? ”Quaternium-15″ or manuka honey? ”Monoethanolamine” or avocado oil? I think you get my drift!
Tip 2: Buy organic skin care products when you can. I personally use organic skin care products daily. Cancer runs in my family, so I don’t want to take any chances when it comes to chemicals and free radicals in my body. If it’s not natural, I won’t touch it.
But Ken, do organic products give you equal or better results? Yes, they do but you’ll need to pick a quality organic skin care product with natural ingredients like vitamin E, CoQ10, avocado oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, olivem 800, phytessence wakame and manuka honey.
So, where can you find great organic skin care products with ingredients so safe you can eat them? I’ve already done the research and all of the work for you and found products that work.
